NAGPRA implementation is an administrative function of the University. The UCR NAGPRA Program reports to the University Librarian and NAGPRA Program Administrator.

Ms. Megan Murphy serves as the UCR Repatriation Coordinator and is responsible for all aspects of the work of consulting with tribes, manages required documentation, produces the official NAGPRA and CalNAGPRA preliminary inventories, inventories, summaries, and submits the formal NAGPRA and CalNAGPRA notices.
