NAGPRA Program Staff
NAGPRA implementation is an administrative function of the University. The UCR NAGPRA Program reports to the University Librarian and NAGPRA Program Administrator.

Michael serves as the NAPGPRA Repatriation Coordinator for UCR and is responsible for all aspects of the work of consulting with tribes, manages required documentation, produces the official NAGPRA and CalNAGPRA preliminary inventories, inventories, summaries, and submits the formal NAGPRA and CalNAGPRA notices. Michael joined UCR in July 2026.

Katelynn assists the NAGPRA Repatriation Coordinator in the identification and documentation of human remains, returning objects, investigating, maintenance of database, communication and administrative duties to ensure compliance with NAGPRA and CalNAGPRA. Katelynn joined UCR in December 2025.
